3. Product Delivery

While we aim to deliver your purchased apps within 24 hours, delivery times may exceed this window. We do not guarantee immediate delivery. If you experience delays, please contact us at contact@appscape.run for assistance.

4. Product Scope and Responsibility

Bubble Issues: We are not responsible for any issues related to Bubble, the platform on which the apps are built. Our responsibility ends with the delivery of the app.

Maintenance & Premiums: We do not handle any ongoing maintenance or additional costs such as domains, website premiums, or API integrations. These are your responsibility once the product is delivered.

5. App Reselling

You are permitted to resell the app once as an exit strategy. However, mass reselling, redistribution, or resale of the app beyond a single transfer is strictly prohibited.

6. Security

After receiving your purchased app, it is your responsibility to change any relevant account passwords immediately. We are not liable for any security breaches or unauthorized access if you fail to do so.

7. AppScape+ vs. Normal AppScape

AppScape+ includes additional services such as a website setup, extra features, and more.

Normal AppScape only includes the specific app shown in the demo, without any additional services, website, or setup support.

8. Choosing Your App

You are solely responsible for choosing the app that best fits your needs. We are not liable if you select the wrong app or if you regret your choice after purchase.

9. Refunds and Returns

10. Use of Purchased Products

All apps purchased from AppScape are for personal or business use only. You may not resell or redistribute the app, except for a one-time resale as outlined in section 5. Unauthorized duplication, resale, or misuse of our products may result in legal action.

We strive to provide functional and high-quality apps. However, AppScape is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. We are also not liable for any technical or platform-related issues caused by Bubble.

We do not guarantee continuous availability of our website or services. Interruptions for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events may occur, and AppScape will not be held responsible for any downtime.
